Amazing courts. Great staff. Open play is only during advertised times (on CourtReserve) and are usually packed. Rotation: After a game, the winners stay on and split up. The two losing players leave, and the next two people in the paddle queue come on. You can only stay for two consecutive wins. If you've won twice in a row, you rotate off regardless. They run some open plays by level (most common ones are advanced beginner and intermediate but many are all levels, with specific courts designated for each level. Price is typically $17 for two hours but they run great deals on weekend nights.
Open play is pretty rare. The advertised "social pickleball drop-in" doesn't usually have anyone else there, so it ends up being just a cheaper way to reserve a court. The ceilings are very low so lobbers are going to be in trouble. They recently redid the flooring to make it a lot better. It's a fun place to play pickleball if you're going with a group to play with, but it's not (yet, anyway) a good option for serious play or open play at any level
