A sixty-minute beginner clinic that runs every weekend morning at the Frederick club. Rules, scoring, shots and court positioning. Groups cap at four, so you get actual attention, and paddles and balls are provided, which means you can turn up with nothing. Built for individuals, couples, families and groups of friends alike. Saturday and Sunday register separately.
