Reston Association is considering converting the two shared tennis courts here to pickleball-only, which would make Autumnwood all pickleball (today: 4 dedicated pickleball + 4 lined on the tennis courts). Per FFXnow (Aug 2026): an RA survey found more than 90% of court use at this facility is pickleball, and the $75,000 proposal includes new shade, signage, and a water bottle station. The RA Board of Directors is expected to discuss it in September. Player reports on busyness at this record remain a public running log of actual usage while the decision is pending.
