LOCAL KNOWLEDGE — THIS COURT

SEP 7UNVERIFIED

Nicest pickleball facility not just in the area, but very likely the entire Mid-Atlantic. That being said, it is also the most expensive in the area and memberships are only available on an annual basis now. Ownership here has a strong and widely known reputation of being the strictest in the area compared to TPC, Pickleballerz, Village Pickle and Dill Dinkerz - so know that going in. Many have left the club due to conflicts with ownership because you will not get much flexibility/understanding. Other clubs, for example, aren't super strict about letting people play a little longer or use an empty court in certain situations when it doesn't impact anyone, at DTL there is zero chance of that happening. Another example is if you decide to come drill, you can't use their tubes to pick up your balls because it's not allowed. Little things like this add up, but it's a big club & they feel if they give an inch people will take a mile and while most understand that, there is a balance between this and making a customer feel valued. The latter is at best, uncommon. They have had a lot of turnover in their staff as well since opening. This club is the best in the area at restricting open plays with DUPR in an effort to ensure competitive play. Weekends are dead when the weather is nice, but come winter time it is packed. Overall the best quality courts and consistent open play quality. If ownership were a bit more customer service oriented, nobody could compete with them.

Tap the pickles. That's the whole report.

No account, no forms. 1 pickle = rough day, 5 = great courts. Left half of a pickle = a slice.
