Player-submitted Aug 2026 (credit: MB) with the kind of detail the register lives for: 3 dedicated pickleball courts with lights — 24/7 access, though lights may not be suitable for night play. Nice surface, brand-new nets. Tight behind the baselines (3–4 ft). Shaded until around noon; woods behind the courts — through summer 2026 there was no fence and chasing balls was a pain (see the Sept 2026 update below). Hard to reach from the street. Porta-potties on site, or bathroom + water refill at Union Market (5-min walk). Parking on street or at Union Market (3 hrs free). FRESHLY UPGRADED (Summer 2026): one of three sites in DPR's initial $750K pickleball capital investment — patched, resurfaced, and painted ~July 2026 (per DPR's Spring 2026 construction update). A register contributor confirmed the new nets on the ground in August. UPDATE (Sept 2026, credit: MS): A low fence now runs behind the baseline closest to the woods, so fewer balls should disappear into the trees. There is also a small bench at one end.

Excellent courts and nets with the only minor inconvenience being the woods on one end of the baseline where balls can get lost. There is however a low mesh fence that can stop some balls from rolling down there.
Shaded until around noon. Woods behind the courts with no fence — chasing balls is a pain. Bathroom + water refill at Union Market, a 5-minute walk; parking there is free for 3 hours.
