2 dedicated pickleball courts + 2 dual-purpose (county-listed; fully resurfaced and repainted in 2024, along with a newly paved parking lot and new playground). Standout setting: mature trees border three sides of the courts — real shade in summer and a natural wind barrier — with benches at every court and the entrance. Home of the Braemar Outdoor Pickleball group: started by four women at a beginner lesson in Sept 2023, now 135+ members of all ages and levels. Open Play every Saturday & Sunday morning — free, sign up on PlayTime Scheduler ("Prince William County – Braemar Park"); weekday games arranged via the group's WhatsApp. Sessions draw 4 to 30+ players.
