Eight dedicated outdoor pickleball courts with permanent nets and public restrooms — the only facility north of Richmond BUILT from scratch for pickleball rather than converted: ~8 ft along each sideline (16 ft between courts) and 10 ft behind baselines, versus the ~5 ft/8 ft minimums at converted courts nearby. A City of Manassas park. Open about two years but underused and unfinished — still needs windscreens, divider fencing between courts, shade structures, and bleachers.
